Course History and Design
Blessed with a tranquil site on the outskirts of Cambridge, Gog Magog Golf Club is home to two of the best courses in the county. The gently undulating Old Course opened just before the club was founded in 1901 and has since benefited from the input of various renowned architects, including Willie Park Junior and J.F. Abercomby. The Wandlebury Course is a mature but more modern-looking expansion designed by Martin Hawtree. Together, these courses offer an extremely enjoyable and varied downland golfing experience.
